Using FIKR Space
responsibly.

Last updated: 6 July 2026. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do on FIKR Space, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

01 · PURPOSE & SCOPE

Who this policy applies to

This Acceptable Use Policy (this Policy) applies to all Users of FIKR Space — founders, investors, mentors, program partners, and anyone else who accesses the Platform, the Services, or any Content on them, whether on a free core tool or a paid plan.

This Policy is part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. A breach of this Policy is a breach of the Terms and may lead to the consequences described in Section 8. Where this Policy and the Terms appear to conflict, the Terms govern.

You are responsible for ensuring that anyone acting on your behalf, or using your account, also complies with this Policy. FIKR Space is operated from Tallinn, Estonia by LG Ventures OÜ (we, us), and is currently pre-launch.

02 · PROHIBITED CONTENT

Content you must not share

You must not upload, post, transmit, generate, or share any Content that:

(a) is illegal under any law applicable to you or to us, or that promotes or facilitates unlawful activity;

(b) infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person, including material you do not have the right to use;

(c) is hateful, or that harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against any person or group;

(d) is sexually exploitative, in particular any material that sexualises or endangers minors;

(e) contains or distributes malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to systems or data; or

(f) is deceptive, fraudulent, or intended to mislead, including scams, phishing, and false or manipulated media presented as genuine.

03 · PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Security, abuse, and integrity

Security. You must not: (a) access, or attempt to access, any account, system, or data without authorisation; (b) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure; (c) circumvent usage limits, rate limits, quotas, or access controls; or (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Abuse. You must not: (a) send spam or bulk unsolicited messages to other Users or third parties; (b) scrape, harvest, or collect data or Content from the Platform by automated means without our permission; or (c) overload, flood, or otherwise impair the operation or integrity of the Platform or its infrastructure.

Integrity. You must not: (a) impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation; or (b) falsify, hide, or misstate your identity, credentials, or the origin of any Content.

04 · INVESTMENT CONTEXT

Conduct where founders and investors interact

FIKR Space includes investor-facing surfaces — such as FIKR Pitch, Fund, the Investors Map, and Pitch Events — where founders and investors interact. When you use these surfaces you must act lawfully and honestly. In particular, you must not:

(a) solicit, offer, or promote any investment unlawfully, or in breach of any registration, licensing, or disclosure requirement that applies to you;

(b) make any false or misleading statement to investors or founders, whether about a venture, a person, a transaction, or otherwise;

(c) publish performance figures, projections, returns, or other claims that you cannot substantiate, or present unverified claims as if they were verified; or

(d) breach any applicable securities, financial-promotion, or anti-fraud law or regulation.

You are solely responsible for your own compliance in this context. FIKR Space provides tools and surfaces for interaction; it does not give investment, legal, or financial advice, and nothing on the Platform is an offer or solicitation by us.

05 · FAIR USE OF TOOLS & AI

Free tools, rate limits, and AI outputs

Our free core tools and our AI foundation are provided for genuine use. You must not: (a) resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted; (b) consume the Services through automated, scripted, or abusive means, or in a way designed to extract disproportionate value or degrade the experience for others; or (c) exceed or evade rate limits and fair-use thresholds that apply to your plan.

AI on the Platform runs either on your own keys (BYOK) or on our metered Managed AI. You are responsible for your BYOK keys — for keeping them secure, for any use made through them, and for any cost or terms imposed by the underlying provider.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing any AI output before you rely on it, share it, or publish it.

06 · YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Your Content and your account

You are responsible for the Content you create, upload, or share, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure, do not share your account, and notify us promptly at support@fikr.space if you believe your account has been compromised.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to use and share your Content, and that doing so does not breach this Policy, the Terms of Service, or any law.

07 · REPORTING ABUSE

How to report a violation

If you become aware of Content or activity that breaches this Policy, please report it to abuse@fikr.space. Include enough detail for us to locate and assess the issue — for example, links, account references, and a description of the problem.

We review reports and act on them, but we do not guarantee a specific outcome or response time.

08 · ENFORCEMENT

Consequences of a breach

We may take any action we consider appropriate and proportionate to enforce this Policy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

(a) issuing a warning;

(b) removing, disabling, or restricting access to Content;

(c) suspending your access to some or all of the Services;

(d) terminating your account; and

(e) reporting the matter to law-enforcement or regulatory authorities and cooperating with them.

We may act with or without prior notice where we consider it necessary — for example, to protect Users, the Platform, or third parties, or to comply with law. We are not liable for action taken in good faith to enforce this Policy.

09 · CHANGES

Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time — for example, to reflect changes to the Services, to our practices, or to the law. When we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
