What is the difference between this and FIKR's own affiliate program?
Two different things. FIKR runs its own program at affiliates.fikr.space so you can promote FIKR and earn from us. FIKR Affiliate lets YOU run a program for the Academy courses, kits and paid scorecards YOU sell through FIKR. Partners use the same portal, affiliates.fikr.space, for every program they join.
How does tracking work?
Each partner gets links that land on your website. A cookie is set on your domain for the window you choose. When that visitor buys one of your Academy courses, kits or paid scorecards through your FIKR checkout, the sale is attributed to the partner and the commission is calculated. A partner cannot earn on their own purchase.
Do I have to set anything up in Stripe?
No. Sales and refunds of Academy courses, kits and paid scorecards sold through your FIKR checkout, on your own Stripe, are picked up automatically. Anything sold outside FIKR is not tracked. Sales made in Stripe test mode are recorded but never count as owed.
Can partners see their own performance?
Yes. Partners sign in to the affiliate portal at affiliates.fikr.space and see their links, referrals and earnings: earned, pending and paid. The portal is FIKR's, shared by every program, not a white-label portal under your domain.
How are payouts handled?
You pay your partners, outside FIKR, by bank transfer or however you agree. FIKR shows what you owe each one, and you click Mark paid. You can set payment runs (monthly, biweekly, weekly or quarterly), a payout day, a delay and a minimum, and partners can send payout requests. FIKR never moves the money.
Can I set different commissions?
Yes. You set a commission percentage for the program and can give a specific partner a different rate. You also choose hold days, whether each commission needs your approval, and whether a refund takes the commission back.
What happens when a sale is refunded?
Refunds and disputes are recorded. With clawback on refund switched on, the commission is reversed; with it off, only a sale you flag as fraud is reversed. It is your program's setting.
