What kind of courses can I run?
Self-paced courses. Students buy, claim access and learn at their own speed, with optional drip by section. There are no live cohorts or live sessions in FIKR Academy today.
How do I get paid?
Offers are charged through your own Stripe account as one-time payments in EUR, USD, GBP, AED or SAR, with lifetime or limited access. The money goes to you. Subscriptions and payment plans are not available.
How do exams work?
You add a FIKR Score scorecard to a lesson as an exam, with a pass mark, a number of attempts and a wait between them. The answer key stays on the server. Passing unlocks the next step.
What does the certificate include?
It is issued when a student has finished every published lesson. It has a printable page, a public verification page and an Add to LinkedIn link. A refund or dispute revokes it, and you can revoke and reissue by hand.
How much of the learning area is mine?
Students learn at academy.fikr.space with your logo, name and accent color. A small Powered by FIKR remains. Custom domains for the learning area are not available.
What happens on a refund?
Refunds and disputes close the student's access and revoke their certificate, and the order ledger records the refund.
Can I email my students?
Yes. Send an announcement to a course's students by email, and show your next offer in a bar at the top of the learning area.
