Is it really free?

How does it connect to my cap table?
FIKR People and FIKR Cap share the same underlying ledger. Issue an option grant from the People surface — vesting schedule, cliff, exercise window — and it appears on your cap table instantly. No re-entering, no reconciliation, no PDFs flying around.
Does it run payroll?
FIKR People doesn't run payroll directly — but it integrates with Deel, Remote, and local PT/EU payroll providers. Headcount, salary, and bonus data flows automatically, so your payroll provider always has the latest org snapshot.
Can I use it across multiple countries?
Yes. Contract and offer-letter templates are pre-built for Portugal, Spain, France, UK, Germany, Brazil, and the US. Country-aware clauses — IP assignment, non-compete, social-security defaults — are handled automatically. More jurisdictions are added monthly.
What about employee privacy / GDPR?
GDPR-compliant by default. Role-based access — your CTO sees engineering, your designer sees only her own profile. Documents encrypted at rest, audit log of every view. Employees can export or delete their personal data on request.
